Step4Net SFPd-20-1310-WDM modules are designed to connect one fiber of a 9 / 125μm single-mode optical cable using WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology.
The SFPd-20-1310-WDM module works together with the module SFPd-20-1550-WDM. At the same time, the SFPd-20-1310-WDM module transmits data at a wavelength of 1310nm, and receives data at a wavelength of 1550nm. On the other hand, the SFPd-20-1550-WDM module transmits data at a wavelength of 1550nm and receives data at a wavelength of 1310nm. The modules provide data transmission at a speed of 1.25Gbps / 1.063Gbps at a distance of up to 20 km. The transceivers are equipped with one optical port with an LC connector (SFPd-20-1310-WDM-LC module) or SC (SFPd-20-1310-WDM-SC module).
