At the same time, it can work in several modes, for example, as a wireless access point, or as a client for wireless provider networks (WISP). Another rather interesting feature of the Mikrotik RBmAP2n router is the ability to supply power to other devices, for example, wireless access points, using the PoE protocol with a voltage of 5 to 57V DC. Thus, Mikrotik RBmAP2n has a fairly wide range of possible application options, even in the networks of large enterprises or telecommunications operators, and can also become a fairly budget-friendly alternative to most home routers. And despite its miniature size, it is a full-fledged router of the Routerboard family, running the Mikrotik RouterOS network operating system, and has all the advantages of this system.
