Adapter, adapter STLab U-997 DisplayPort - VGA allows you to connect your computer, laptop with a modern DisplayPort video output to a TV, monitor or projector with an outdated analog VGA interface. It is also designed to extend your computer desktop to an additional monitor.
The adapter only works in one direction from DisplayPort (DP) to VGA, NOT the other way around! Connects without drivers, transmits a high-definition video signal from your laptop or desktop to an HDTV display with a resolution of up to 1920x1080P (Full HD). Please note that the VGA interface does not transmit an audio signal, when connected, the sound will come from the speakers of the transmitting device, if they are available. If it is necessary to output sound to an external device, use the appropriate audio cable (not included).
