HP LJ P4014 / 4015/4515 Kuroki Cleaning Blade (LP168-30046) is a special plate used to clean the photo drum of residual toner that was not applied to the paper during the image transfer process. It is made of strong and elastic polyurethane. The blade should fit snugly against the photo drum and at the same time should not damage it. The quality of the blade surface, the sharpness of the edges and the exact dimensions are very important for the normal operation of the cartridge. The service life of the photo drum depends on the condition of the cleaning blade, as it has direct contact with the photo drum during printing.
