Arctic 4U-SP5 is a 4U Single Tower AMD SP5 cooler. Freezer 4U-SP5 is specially designed for Socket SP5 and supported EPYC processors. With a maximum power consumption of only 6.96 W, the Freezer 4U-SP5 cools even the most powerful AMD processors with 128 cores and a TDP of 360 W extremely efficiently.
Designed for static pressure, the fans are ideal for the Freezer 4U-SP5 with high fin density and provide efficient push-pull heat dissipation even in power-intensive systems. The dual configuration also provides natural redundancy and protects the system from complete shutdown due to heat.
The 4U-SP5 comes with MX-6 thermal paste. Ultimate Performance Thermal Paste from ARCTIC reduces heat build-up between the CPU heat spreader and the cooler. The thermal paste is neither conductive nor capacitive, so it is completely safe to use.
Both Freezer 4U-SP5 fans are equipped with dual ball bearings, which ensures continuous operation 24/7 without the slightest compromise in performance. This type of bearing is much more resistant to contamination and wear caused by high temperatures than conventional plain bearings or hydrodynamic bearings, and is therefore the ideal choice if you want to ensure trouble-free operation.
