The external pocket Dynamode DM-CAD-SSD09 with screwless mounting is made of transparent plastic, designed for solid-state drives of both types - M.2 SSD NVMe (PCIe) and M.2 SSD SATA (NGFF) - thus this pocket supports all types of SSD M.2 currently available on the market. It allows you to use an SSD drive as an external USB hard drive on any laptop, computer, mobile phone or tablet.

The DM-CAD-SSD09 pocket allows you to connect an additional drive of all types to your computer or laptop, namely:

- M.2 SSD NVMe (PCIe) with one of the 4 popular Key "M", Key "B+M" sizes: 22*30 mm, 22*42 mm, 22*60 mm, 22*80 mm
or
- M.2 SSD SATA III (NGFF) with one of 4 popular sizes Key "B", Key "B+M": 22*30 mm, 22*42 mm, 22*60 mm, 22*80 mm.

External pocket connection interface to laptop/computer USB 3.2 Gen2 - it provides data transfer speed up to 10 Gbit/s and is also compatible with USB 3.0/USB 2.0 (using the USB Type-C to USB Type-A adapter or the USB Type-C-Type-A cable included with the DM-CAD-SSD09 pocket).

The DM-CAD-SSD09 pocket has a slim, stylish and practical the plastic case is smooth to the touch - it dissipates the heat generated by the SSD drive well with the help of a blue metal radiator built into the case of the pocket. This pocket will satisfy both visually and kinesthetically.

The sturdy case protects your SSD from mechanical damage and provides additional cooling for the chips located on the pocket board. Does not require additional power, connects to a computer via a USB port.
The M.2 form factor provides the possibility of increased performance with reduced resource consumption and technological improvement of SSD in the future.

No power cables are required to connect the SSD, the M.2 SSD drive is simply inserted into the slot of the pocket. The pocket supports the maximum SSD capacity available on the market - now it is up to 4 TB.
