The meter MT1119CVN is a combined, compact device for measurements, both in the optical and in the "copper" segment of data transmission networks. The high upper limit of the measurement range +26 dBm allows you to measure powerful optical signals of cable TV without the risk of damaging the detector. With small dimensions, the multimeter combines the functions of an optical power meter, a twisted pair tester, and an OB damage detector using visible red light of 650 nm. The device can be calibrated for measurements at most of the used wavelengths: 850, 1300, 980, 1310, 1490, 1550, 1625 and 1650 nm. The twisted pair test mode will allow you to quickly check a network section or patch cord for a break, short circuit or incorrect installation of the RJ45 connector. In addition to the functions listed above, the presence of a regular LED flashlight and display backlight will allow you to work with the tester in poorly lit places. The small-sized rubberized case does not slide on the surface and lies comfortably in the hand. The device is powered by two replaceable 1.5 V AAA batteries (not included). Power can also be supplied via the micro-USB port from an external power source (laptop, PowerBank, etc.).
