The EM-Marine ISO contactless card is a plastic card with a thickness of 0.76 mm that works at a distance of up to 10 cm from the reading device (card reader), the most common and easy to use on the market of Ukraine. Unlike contactless cards, the EM-Marine card carries only the UID (УИД) - a unique identifier, without additional memory that can be rewritten. The EM-Marine contactless card 0.8 mm differs from the fact that it can be additionally issued with a magnetic stripe, a number, a field for the cardholder's signature. Thin cards are more convenient to store in a purse or wallet, especially since the EM-Marine RFID standard allows reading information up to 10 cm from the reader. The surface of the card is made of polyvinyl chloride and is protected by a thin layer of lamination, thanks to which high-quality images are easily applied to both sides. Also, to increase the visual protection and the speed of identification of the authenticity of the map, additional protective devices can be applied to it - a hologram, UV paint or the company logo. Purpose of the EM-Marine ISO contactless card: organization of access to premises (hospitals, institutes, schools, hotels, sanatoriums, state institutions) and places of rest (hotels, attractions), to automatic parking lots and parking lots; keys for accounting and access control systems (ACMS); accounting for the route of the movement of employees (managers, drivers, sales representatives, etc.); transfer to access control rooms and time recording in commercial organizations and industrial facilities. The contactless EM-Marine ISO card is also compatible with ECUs: STOP-net, ITV U-prox, Iron Logic, Golden Gate, Fortnet. Working principle: Em-Marine cards belong to the class of passive devices and do not have a built-in power source, the number of their reading cycles is not limited, which significantly increases their wear resistance and service life, for the same reason, the TK4100 ISO card does not emit a permanent electromagnetic signal and does not have a negative effect on the health of people and animals. The mechanism for recognizing the Em-Marine TK4100 ISO card by the reader and reading the card code is based on a contactless technology called Proximity. Inside any passive proxy card is an electronic microcircuit consisting of a capacitor, an inductor (antenna) and an integrated circuit (chip), in the memory of which a unique identification code is stored. The proximity reader constantly emits a radio signal at a frequency of 125 kHz. Once within the range of this radio signal, the proximity card is activated and sends a signal in response, which contains its unique identification code.
