Image fixing unit HP LJ P2035 / 2055 CET3683 (RM1-6406) CET (CET3683) is an oven in which the toner transferred to the paper from the photo drums is "baked", i.e. fixed. The fuser consists of two rollers.
They stretch a sheet of paper, simultaneously melting the toner and "squeezing" a layer of molten toner into the paper. After the resource is exhausted, the fuser must be replaced. Otherwise, toner may be used up and print quality may deteriorate.
In order for the image to become durable, it needs to be fixed. Fixation of the image occurs with the help of additives included in the toner, which have a certain melting point.
The image capture node or "furnace" is responsible for image capture. From a physical point of view, fixation is carried out by pressing molten toner into the paper structure and its subsequent solidification, which gives the image durability and good resistance to external influences.
