The access point refers to all-weather access points, which is based on LHG 5 and is a further step in the development of the popular line of SXT devices with the main RouterOS Level3. The DISC Lite5 access point can be used as a client device (CPE) or to deploy a point-to-point radio bridge in the 5 GHz band.
The Mikrotik RB-Disc-5nD access point is equipped with a built-in 21 dBi antenna, an 802.11n MIMO 2x2 radio module, a 600MHz processor, 64 MB RAM, a 10/100Mbps Ethernet port, and a RouterOS L3 license. The processor already has a built-in wireless module to support 2 MIMO channels and 802.11 a / n standards.
The operating frequency of the access point is 5 GHz. Does not support 802.11ac, as it is usual for a device of this class. The DISC Lite5 access point kit includes a power supply unit, a PoE injector and a special mounting kit.
