Quant-27 is a three-phase voltage stabilizer in which the option of single-phase operation with a phase control unit is provided. In essence, Quant-27 are three single-phase inverter voltage stabilizers Quant-9 that work in a complex with a phase control unit. The key feature of the Quant-27 stabilizer from other three-phase stabilizers with a synchronizer is that the Quant-27 (3x9) does not block the operation of single-phase consumers even when two phases are disconnected.

Quant-27 inverter voltage stabilizer works in advance without storing energy. The Kvant stabilizer catches all surges and voltage drops. At the same time, all fluctuations that are present at the input do not affect the output voltage of the stabilizer. At the output of Quant-27 there will always be a nominal value of voltage - 220 V (230 V). The stabilizer works on the principle of double conversion, during which all harmful impulses and voltage surges are destroyed. The load is always under the protection of the stabilizer.

The phase control unit, which is used in voltage stabilizers, is made on the basis of a multifunctional protection device for the phase control relay from Novatek-Electro - RNPP 311M and Schneider Electric magnetic starters.
