TSC desktop thermal printers of the DA220 family are an inexpensive and compact solution for thermal printing of receipts, labels, price tags and tickets in retail and wholesale trade, as well as in logistics. All models of the family are equipped with the TSPL-EZD printer programming language, compatible with EPL, ZPL, ZPL II and DPL. To ensure impact resistance and long-lasting operation, the body of the device is made of durable plastic and includes double walls.

The DA220 series of devices are full-fledged printers with four standard connection interfaces in the basic configuration (USB 2.0, USB Host, Ethernet and RS-232), as well as factory (pre-installed) options - wireless interfaces Bluetooth 4.0 and IEEE 802.11 a / b / g / n (WiFi). The series can also be made for printing in high quality 300dpi (DA320) and equipped with cutters or a label separator.

The TSC DA220 printers have a convenient bifold design for easy media loading. The cover of the printer is equipped with latches with a spring for careful fixation when opening and closing it. The system of sensors for determining the beginning of the form - by the gap, black mark and notch - has a standard design. The printers are also equipped with an open print head sensor.

Thermal printer - prints stickers with barcodes. It is the bar code printed on the label that is the identifier of the product for the software that automates supermarkets, shops, cafes or bars and restaurants. The appearance of thermal printers significantly facilitated the marking of goods in production and simply in the sales hall.

The advantages of such devices are: convenience due to the possibility of using a roll label, ease of use and versatility. These printers are designed for printing labels in rolls, which is very convenient, because each label in the roll is cut and separated from each other, and therefore, after applying the bar code, it can be easily peeled off from the roll and applied to the product without much effort or time.

Also, for more convenient peeling, the thermal printer can be equipped with a label separator, a label winder or a label cutter (more details about these options can be found here).
