The Gprinter GI-2406T label printer is considered one of the most reliable and high-tech devices among similar devices of this class. The device is designed for printing labels containing text and graphic images, including linear and matrix barcodes. Gprinter GI-2406T uses two technologies to apply information: direct and thermal transfer printing. The first process consists in thermally heating a special carrier, the second supports the thermal transfer of paint from a ribbon to a paper, textile or polymer carrier. The high-quality printing mechanism provides readable images with a standard resolution of 203 dpi at a speed of 152.4 mm / s. The largest linear dimensions of the print are 104 mm in width and 2286 in length. The resource of the thermal head is 25 km of printed text. The daily volume of printing is not regulated.

The Gprinter GI-2406T printer is equipped with a 32-bit ARM9 processor with a clock frequency of 400 MHz and devices for operational and internal memory with a volume of 128 MB, which provide high performance and speed in solving tasks intended for the user. A set of mechanical and optical sensors is provided to automate the printing process. Modes are set and print control is carried out using a control panel equipped with two buttons, a switch and an LED indicator.

Data transfer and integration of the Gprinter GI-2406T printer with other devices is carried out using a standard set of interfaces: USB + RS-232 + Ethernet. As an additional port, the device is equipped with a USB Host 2.0 for a scanner or a PC keyboard.

In the Gprinter GI-2406T, the printed mechanism is made on the basis of injection molding, the body and cover are made of sheet metal, and the viewing window is made of transparent polymer. The color of the device is gray.
