This ensures optimal air circulation, which completely envelops the dish, making it tender and juicy on the inside and incredibly crispy on the outside. The 71-liter chamber with recessed side walls distributes air even better. Thanks to this, the entire oven maintains the same temperature, which ensures uniform baking of the dish. The special direction of air circulation creates professional cooking conditions on one or several levels of the oven at the same time.

SilverMatte coating

Extremely resistant and incredibly smooth coating

The quality and type of enamel is extremely important for the quality of the oven and its operation. SilverMatte is a highly resistant and durable material that can withstand extreme heat. Deprived of micropores, it covers the surfaces of the oven and deck, which makes them resistant to high temperatures. The triple coating on the inside helps reflect high temperatures and provides additional insulation. Therefore, the inner surface of the oven always remains sterile and safe.

AquaClean

Easy cleaning

Thanks to the use of special high-quality enamel, the AquaClean function ensures even more efficient and convenient cleaning of the oven chamber. All that is required is to pour half a liter of water into the baking tray after each use of the oven and switch on the AquaClean function. In just 30 minutes, you will notice the result of cleaning on the inner surfaces and countertops: stains and grease will soften, and all that remains is to wipe them.

Thanks to the increased volume of the oven (up to 70 liters), you can prepare a larger number of dishes at the same time. The optimized air flow circulates freely inside, and even a huge turkey can easily be placed in the BigSpace oven.
