Interior space

Convection

Cooling fan
The safety system of Gunter&Hauer ovens includes cooling fan that protects the oven control panel and surrounding furniture. To ensure additional safety, the fan continues to work for some time after the oven is turned off.

Operating modes of the Gunter&Hauer EOM 970 WH oven:

Classic heating
In this mode, both the upper and lower heating elements work simultaneously. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the volume of the oven. Ideal for baking delicious pies from yeast dough.

Bottom heating
Only the bottom heating element works. We recommend using it for cooking cakes, biscuits.

Grill
Ideal for preparing small portions of meat, toasting, beer sausages.

Convection heating
A special heating element on the back wall of the oven generates heat, which is then spread thanks to the fan. The system allows you to cook different dishes on several levels without mixing smells.

Defrosting
Cold air ventilation reduces the time of defrosting products without using heating modes.

Classic heating + fan
In this mode, both the upper and lower heating elements work simultaneously, and the fan ensures a more even distribution of heat. For preparing any kind of baking, as well as drying fruits and vegetables at once on several levels of the oven.

Double grill
This mode is best suited for cooking steaks, baking chicken and cheese dishes.

Double grill + fan
Grill and fan, working in parallel, allow you to cook large portions of meat, preserving it tender and juicy inside, and fried to a ruddy crust on the outside.
