Combined water heater GBKworks also like an electric heater GB, but it additionally has a built-in heat exchanger for heating water using other energy sources (e.g. central heating, solar panels or heat pump). Heating systems with an electric heater and a heat exchanger can work both simultaneously and separately. The combined water heater is connected to the water network in the same way as the GB heater, except that it must also be connected to an additional energy source. The input for the heating source is marked in red, the output - in blue. The GBK water heater can also be connected to a hot water return. The rotary hot water outlet ensures the supply of hot water at all points of intake. Its connection is located on the top cover of the heater. Before connecting, it is necessary to remove the plastic cover and unscrew the sealing sleeve. Elements for connecting the hot water return can be purchased additionally.
