Viscosity in the range of 35,000–38,000 poise ensures controlled application without spreading and excessive pressure. MX-7 evenly fills micro-uniformities of surfaces, creating a dense and stable heat-conducting layer. The density of 2.9 g/cm³ helps preserve the structure of the paste throughout the entire service life without drying out.

Stable operation in extreme conditions
ARCTIC MX-7 ULTIMATE maintains its properties in a wide temperature range from −50 to 250 °C. This makes it possible to use it both in everyday systems and in conditions of high thermal load or overclocking, where the stability of the thermal interface is of crucial importance.

High resistivity at the level of 1.7 × 10¹² Ohm·cm and breakdown voltage of 4.2 kV/mm ensure electrical isolation.
