Integration, automation, optimization
Series SP scanners support TWAIN and ISIS standards, which allows you to integrate scanned images and extracted data into work processes directly or using the PaperStream program Capture. To quickly set the parameters of the scanning, extraction and data transfer cycle, it is enough to simply select the desired profile.
Automatic profile selection
When the system recognizes a known document format, it automatically names, sorts and distributes scanned images and extracted metadata according to predefined parameters. For example, invoices will always be stored in a folder with financial documents, and the file name will indicate the name of the supplier and the invoice number.
Automatic image cleaning
The innovative PaperStream IP system automatically cleans images for subsequent processes, such as optical text recognition, ensuring high quality even when scanning dirty, crumpled or textured documents documents.

Thanks to their compact design and quiet operation, the SP Series scanners are perfect for use in office spaces with limited space.
Special scanning
The ABBYY Finereader software built into PaperStream IP recognizes text on scanned images and converts them into searchable PDF files and other formats, e.g. editable Word, PowerPoint or Excel documents.
