Dahua DHI-NVR1108HS-8P-S3/H is designed to create a video surveillance system in various premises: from apartments and offices to shops, auto repair shops and industrial facilities. It supports cameras with a resolution of 8Mp, 5Mp, 4Mp, 3Mp, 1080P and 720P. Modern H.265+/H.265/H.264+/H.264 video compression standards allow you to keep high image quality with a smaller file size. The video signal is output via two video outputs: VGA with a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 and HDMI for high resolution monitors and TVs up to 1920x1080. One RCA audio input and one RCA audio output are provided for sound recording. Local data storage is carried out on a SATA hard disk with a capacity of up to 8 TB (purchased separately). The video recorder is equipped with two USB 2.0 ports for connecting a mouse and backing up video to a flash drive. The RJ45 network interface (LAN) is used to connect to IP cameras via a local network or the Internet. Control and viewing are available from a PC, smartphone or tablet running iOS or Android. Eight-port PoE technology enables power to be transmitted via twisted pair. Thanks to modern software and a convenient menu, users can adjust the recording quality for each channel, including the number of frames per second and resolution. You can also choose different recording modes: continuous, scheduled, or when motion is detected. When motion is detected, the recorder can start recording from multiple cameras, send snapshots by e-mail, or activate connected rotating cameras. It reacts to alarming events such as no video signal, camera blocking, hard disk full, or failure in network settings. For the convenience of searching records, a search function by time and events is provided.
