When the film passes through the laminator, it does not stick to the paper, but sticks only to each other in the places of contact, thereby forming a capsule for the document. At any time, you can cut the film and get the document in its original form. What can it be used for? There is no direct ban on laminating documents at the legislative level, but even a laminated document is considered "damaged" from the point of view of expertise. It is impossible to prove the authenticity of a laminated document. In the event of legal disputes, laminated documents cannot always be recognized as originals and need to be restored.
