GEOTEX GTX-R12 is a modern media player that combines powerful technical content and intelligent video technologies. The set-top box is based on Amlogic S905X5M and is equipped with AI-Super Resolution (AI-SR) technology, which improves image quality in HD and SD formats, making the picture even clearer and more detailed.
GTX-R12 supports video playback in 4K Ultra HD (3840×2160) format and turns your TV into a modern Smart TV with access to your favorite content on YouTube, IPTV, online cinemas, games and streaming services.
Network properties
The GTX-R12 smart set-top box is equipped with a LAN Ethernet port for wired connection to the Internet, which will ensure stable streaming without lags. The device also has a built-in dual-band Wifi module (2.4 GHz / 5 GHz), which provides a stable wireless connection for comfortable viewing of online content. The set-top box supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac standards.
Operating system and adaptation
The GTX-R12 smart set-top box works under the control of the Android 14 operating system, which is adapted for the Ukrainian user, offering an intuitive interface and access to popular services. This opens access to a huge number of applications and games from the Google Play Market. The user-friendly interface allows you to easily customize the home screen and quickly find your favorite content: movies, series, TV shows, YouTube, IPTV and much more. Geotex GTX-R12 also supports wireless content transmission technologies such as Miracast, DLNA and Airplay.
The GEOTEX GTX-R12 set-top box comes with a modern Bluetooth remote control with a learning function, which allows you to control not only the set-top box, but also the TV - with one remote control instead of two. The remote control allows you to program up to 4 buttons and "teach" them to commands from another remote control.
