Media converter Step4Net 10 / 100Base-TX to 100Base-FX, SM, 1550nm, SC / PC, 20km (MC-D-0,1-1SM-1550nm-20) Step4Net media converters are designed to convert a signal from the 10BASE-T / 100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet standard to a twisted pair signal into a 100BASE-FX Fast Ethernet standard signal single-mode optical fiber. Supporting WDM technology, Step4Net media converters allow simultaneous transmission and reception of signals at wavelengths of 1310 nm and 1550 nm along one optical fiber for a distance of up to 20 km. Each media converter is equipped with 1 RJ-45 port for twisted pair and 1 port for optical cable (SC connector) and can be used as a separate device or installed into a universal 14-slot chassis for media converters - FoxGate EC-F14 and Step4Net MC-F14.
