• This bus-powered USB hub draws power only from the computer's USB port. If you are connecting high power consumption devices such as solid state hard drives (SSDs), limit the number of connected USB devices so that the total power consumption of all connected devices is less than 3A. Most SSDs have a power consumption of around 1-1.2A, so we recommend connecting no more than 2-3 SSDs at the same time, depending on the power consumption of the SSD.
