The Dynamode PCI-E-2xSATAIII-Marvell expansion card is an internal PCI-Express 1x controller for 2 internal SATA 3.0 6 Gb ports. With its help, you can connect 2 HDD/SSD hard drives through the SATA 3.0 ports of the controller to the PCI-E x1 slot of the motherboard, and it supports hot swapping. The speed of data transfer through the SATA III interface is up to 6 Gbit/s. Chipset - Marvell 88SE9125 (maybe another version - Marvell 88SE91ХХ). The board comes with a low-profile bar.

Interface for connecting the expansion board to the motherboard: PCI-E x1 (also compatible with PCI-E x2/x4/x8/x16 slots). Interfaces for connecting additional devices: 2 x SATA 3.0, compatible with SATA 2.0, SATA 1.0. Supports AHCI 1.0 and IDE modes. The controller does not require additional power. There is a cooling radiator on the expansion board. The size of the controller is 70 x 120 x 20 mm. Compatible with OS: Windows10/8/7 (32/64 bit) / Vista (32/64 bit) / XP/2003/2008/ Linux.

Features of connecting the board:
1. The highest transfer speed can be achieved with a SATA 3.0 cable.
2. PCI-E bus (any - X1. X16) must be version V2.0 (GEN2). If the PCI-E bus is version V1.0 (GEN1), the data transfer speed will be lower and will be 140-200M. If you have a free PCI-E X16 slot on the motherboard, just insert the PCI-E-2xSATAIII-Marvell expansion card into this slot. Because only slot X16 is v. 2.0 (GEN2) for motherboards lower than H81. PCI-E x1 is GEN1, and if you need high speed, connect it to a PCI-E x16 graphics card slot.
3. Motherboard BIOS setting: SATA mode must be changed to AHCI, although some motherboards have PCI-E bus version 2.0, but BOIS does not enable high-speed transfer mode (GEN2) by default, it must be enabled manually.
