Dynamode DM-CAD-SSD14 external pocket is designed for both M.2 SSD NVMe (PCIe) and M.2 SSD SATA (NGFF) solid state drives - so this pocket supports almost all types of M.2 SSDs currently available on the market. It allows you to use an SSD drive as an external USB hard drive on any laptop, computer, mobile phone or tablet.

The pocket is made of matte dark gray metal and has a nice RGB lighting element on the body, consisting of a set of different colored LEDs.

The DM-CAD-SSD14 pocket allows you to connect almost any type of additional drive to your computer or laptop, and namely:

- M.2 SSD NVMe (PCIe) with one of the 3 popular sizes Key "M", Key "B+M": 22*30 mm, 22*42 mm, 22*80 mm

or

- M.2 SSD SATA III (NGFF) with one of the 3 popular sizes Key "B + M": 22 * 30 mm, 22 * 42 mm, 22 * 80 mm.

The external interface of connecting the pocket to a laptop/computer is USB 3.2 Gen2 - it provides a data transfer rate of up to 10 Gbit/s, and is also compatible with USB 3.0/USB 2.0.

The pocket DM-CAD-SSD14 has a thin, stylish and practical metal case - it well dissipates the heat generated by the SSD drive. This pocket will satisfy both visually and kinesthetically. The robust housing protects your SSD from mechanical damage and provides additional cooling for the chips located on the pocket board. Also included in the package is a pocket holder loop, which can be attached to the opening of the upper edge of the case.

The M.2 form factor provides the possibility of increased performance with reduced resource consumption and technological improvement of SSD in the future. No power cables are needed to connect the SSD, the M.2 SSD drive is simply inserted into the slot of the pocket.
