The MG10 series features Toshiba's fourth-generation 10-disc helium-sealed drives, enabling traditional magnetic recording (CMR) densities of up to 2 TB per drive and total capacities of up to 20 TB. The industry-standard 3.5-inch form factor provides 7,200 rpm performance and easily integrates into cloud storage infrastructure, business-critical servers and storage systems, as well as file and object storage solutions.

Massive CMR capacity of up to 20 TB is provided by Toshiba's innovative Flux Control Microwave Assisted Magnetic Recording (FC-MAMR) technology. Thanks to these advances, MG10 series drives provide optimal capacity and compatibility with applications, as well as unsurpassed data reliability. The MG10 series models with SATA 6.0 Gb/s interface easily integrate into standard 3.5-inch drive bays, reducing the footprint and operational burden of cloud storage infrastructure, file and object storage systems, as well as business-critical servers and storage systems.
